The cottage lies on it’s own, within a fenced garden, with accommodation all on one level.
Entry is through a small porch with coat hanging facilities leading to a bright sitting room with a multi fuel stove and adjoining dining area.
The kitchen has an oil fired Rayburn range which ensures that the cottage is always warm and ensures a constant supply of hot water. There is a microwave for additional cooking facilities. The fridge has a freezer compartment and there is a spin drier.

There are two twin bedrooms. The sofa bed in the sitting room converts into a double bed if required. A travel cot is available upon request.
Linen is provided for a small additional charge.
Duvets are provided for all the beds and sofa bed, along with plenty of blankets and pillows.
The bathroom - bath, WC and basin.
There is an electric shaving point.
