This includes all coal, oil and electricity used.
A deposit of £100 is required on booking and is deductible from the balance.
The deposit is not refundable on cancellation unless the cottage can be filled for the period cancelled.
The balance of the rent is due three weeks prior to your holiday.
Bookings run from Saturdays. Entry is usually after 2pm and the cottage must be vacated by 10am in order that the cottage may be checked between visits.Dogs are welcome.
Vodafone is the only mobile phone reception at Burg. Other networks can be received around the island.
The cottage has its own roadside parking.
